320排CT去金属伪影技术在髋关节置换术后的应用

【摘要】 目的研究320排CT去金属伪影技术在髋关节置换术后检查的效果。方法对30例单侧金属髋关节置换术后的患者进行CT检查,比较去伪影前后图像中金属股骨头、股骨颈和股骨体层面的显示情况和伪影强弱,图像质量进行五级评分,并测量去伪影前后患侧股骨头外缘肌肉组织的CT值和SD值,对所有评分和测量结果进行配对t检验分析。结果去伪影后的图像质量评分高于未去伪影图像质量评分(P<0.05);去金属伪影肌肉CT值大于未去伪影的肌肉CT值(P<0.05);去金属伪影的图像噪声小于未去伪影的图像噪声(P<0.05)。结论去金属伪影技术可以提高图像质量,清晰显示金属髋关节和周围组织,是金属髋关节置换术后评价中新的可选影像技术。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of reduced metal artifacts technology of 320-row CT in assessment with hip joint replacement. Methods Thirty patients with unilateral metal hip replacement were included in the study. All the patients under 320-row CT examination with the metal artifacts reduction technology. Comparing the both CT images before and after artifacts reduction in metallic femoral head, femoral neck and femoral body. Image qualities were grading into five degrees. And the both CT and SD values of the muscle tissue attached the affected femoral head were measured. For all the evaluation and measurement of the results, pair t-testing analysis was performed. Results The image quality was significantly higher by using metal artifacts reduction technology(P<0.05) and the CT attenuation of muscle was significantly higher in metal artifacts reduction group; further, the image noise of metal artifacts reduction group was significantly lower. Conclusion Metal artifacts reduction technology can improve the image quality, display the metal hip joint and surrounding tissue clearly. This technology could serve as a choice to evaluate the metal hip joint after replacement.
