【摘要】 目的观察大柴胡汤早期干预治疗急性胰腺炎肠麻痹的临床疗效。方法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组14例、治疗组23例,对照组给予常规西医药治疗方案,治疗组在上述基础上加用大柴胡汤。结果治疗组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间、肠功能恢复时间等明显优于对照组。结论大柴胡汤早期干预治疗急性胰腺炎肠麻痹,临床效果显著,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of early intervention of major bupleurum decoction in treatment of acute pancreatitis enteroparalysis. Methods Patients were divided into the control group with 14 cases and the treatment group with 23 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment scheme of western medicine while the treatment group was additional used major bupleurum decoction at basis of the control group. Results Clinical curative effect,disappearing time of symptoms and recovery time of intestinal function of patients in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion Early intervention of major bupleurum decoction in treatment of acute pancreatitis enteroparalysis has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
