距下关节撑开融合术治疗跟骨骨折畸形愈合的临床研究

【摘要】 目的探究距下关节撑开融合术治疗跟骨骨折畸形愈合的临床疗效,为临床提供指导。方法抽取来我院就医的23例经保守治疗失败的跟骨骨折畸形愈合患者(2012年12月~2015年12月)作为此次实验的目标对象,对23例跟骨骨折畸形愈合患者均实施距下关节撑开融合术治疗,并对其随访2年,研究对比23例跟骨骨折畸形愈合患者治疗前后的AOFAS评分、距骨跟骨角及距骨第一跖骨角。结果治疗后23例跟骨骨折畸形愈合患者的足功能评分、疼痛评分、足力线评分及总分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后23例跟骨骨折畸形愈合患者的距骨跟骨角及距骨第一跖骨角均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论对跟骨骨折畸形愈合患者采取距下关节撑开融合术治疗具有较显著的治疗效果,有助于跟骨功能恢复。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of subtalar joint distraction fusion in treatment of malunion of calcaneal fracture,and to provide guidance for clinical.Methods 23 cases of malunion of calcaneal fractures treated by conservative treatment cured in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the study object.All the 23 cases of malunion of calcaneal fracture were treated with subtalar joint distraction fusion,and followed up for 2 years.AOFAS scores before and after treatment,with the first metatarsal angle and talus talus angle.AOFAS scores,Talocalcaneal angle and first metatarsal angle of talus before and after the treatment of the 23 patients were studied and compared.Results After the treatment,the foot function score,pain score,force line and the total score of the 23 cases of malunion of calcaneal fracture were significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05).Talocalcaneal angle and first metatarsal angle of talus of the 23 cases of malunion of calcaneal fracture after treatment were better than before the treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion Subtalar joint distraction fusion in treatment of malunion of calcaneal fracture has significant curative effect.It is helpful to restore the function of calcaneus.
