【摘要】 目的分析舒适护理在输尿管结石患者围术期中的应用价值。方法选择我院自2016年1~12月期间收治的输尿管结石患者150例,依据患者来院先后顺序均分两组,每组75例。参照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者接受舒适护理,对两组输尿管结石患者的护理效果进行统计分析。结果两组患者经不同方法护理后,实验组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分改善情况同参照组比对明显较优,术后疼痛患者比例同参照组比对明显较低,从护理满意度调查结果来看,实验组比例相对较高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输尿管结石患者围术期中应用舒适护理,效果较为理想,不仅可以使患者的不良情绪得以改善,同时可以使我院的护理满意度进行有效提升,因此可以将该护理模式在临床上进一步实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore value of comfortable nursing in application of patients with ureteral calculi during perioperative period. Methods 150 patients with ureteral calculi who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and they were allocated to two groups according to admission sequence,with 75 in each.Patients who received routine nursing were set as the control group while those who received comfortable nursing were set as the experimental group.Nursing effects of patients with ureteral calculi in two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After receiving different nursing methods,improvements of SAS score and SDS score of patients in the experimental group were significantly better and proportion of postoperative pains were significantly lower compared with the control group.Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher.Data between two groups were tested by statistical tools and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing in application of patients with ureteral calculi during perioperative period has an ideal effect.It can not only improve bad moods of patients but also nursing satisfaction with our hospital.Therefore,this nursing model is worthy of further clinical practice.更多还原
