【摘要】 目的分析重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子凝胶治疗烧伤创面的临床效果观察。方法选取我院从2014年6月~2016年6月收治的300例烧伤创面患者,随机分为两组,对照组给予创面涂抹安慰剂,实验组给予创面涂抹人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rh GM-CSF)凝胶,比较两组患者全身状况、不良反应、创面愈合时间、愈合率以及总有效率等。结果实验组烧伤创面的平均愈合时间是(12.5±1.1)天,对照组烧伤创面的平均愈合时间是(16.9±1.2)天,实验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗第6、12天后,实验组患者烧伤创面愈合率分别为53.12%、91.8%,对照组患者烧伤创面愈合率分别为36.11%、72.12%,实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗第6、12天后,实验组第6、12天的总有效率分别为13.34%、91.68%,实验组第6、12天总有效率为1.67%、53.34%,实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予患者进行rh GM-CSF凝胶治疗,愈合时间短,愈合率高等,安全有效,应用价值高,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colonystimulating factor(G-CSF) in the treatment of burn wounds. Methods 300 patients with burn wounds treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with placebo,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with granulocyte macrophage(Rh GMCSF) gel.The systemic status,adverse reactions,wound healing time,healing rate and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results The mean healing time of the burn wound in the experimental group was(12.5±1.1) days.The mean healing time of the burn wound in the control group was(16.9±1.2) days.The experimental group was lower than the control group(P < 0.05).The burn wound healing rate in the experimental group were(53±12)% and(91±8)%,respectively,and the wound healing rate in the control group were(36±11)%,(72±12)%, the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group were 13.34% and 91.68% on the 6th and 12 th day after treatment,and the total effective rate were 1.67% and 53.34% on the 6th and 12 th day in the experimental group,(P < 0.05). Conclusion The rh GM-CSF gel treatment for the patients has the advantage of short healing time,highe healing rate,and high value.It is safe and effective.It is worthy of promotion in clinical use.更多还原
