【摘要】 目的探讨氨磺必利对抑郁症患者疗效及对生活质量和社会功能影响。方法将200例抑郁发作患者,随机分成两组,研究组予氨磺必利治疗,对照组用舍曲林治疗,观察12周。于治疗前、入组后1、2、4、8、12周对两组患者用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)-17评定,于治疗前、治疗第12周用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)-74、社会功能缺筛选陷量表(SDSS)对两组患者评定。结果治疗第12周末两组治疗后的HAMD评分、GQOLI总分、SDSS总分较治疗前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第12周末,两组间治疗后的HAMD评分、GQOLI总分、SDSS总分评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组总有效率为81%,对照组总有效率为82%,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨磺必利治疗抑郁症的疗效可,能改善抑郁症患者生活质量和社会功能,且与舍曲林相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of amisulpride and sertraline to depression patients and its impact on quality of life and social function. Methods 200 patients with depression were randomly divided into study group(treated with amisulpride) and control group(treated with sertraline) for 12 weeks of observation. Before treatment, 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks after treatment, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)-17 was used to evaluate the two groups. Before treatment, treatment for Twelfth weeks, quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI)-74, social function deficiency Screening Inventory(SDSS) were used to evaluate the two groups. Results At treatment twelfth weekend, the HAMD score, GQOLI score, SDSS score after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After twelfth weeks of treatment, the HAMD score, GQOLI score and SDSS score between the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 81%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 82%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Curative effect of amisulpride in treatment of depression patients is good. It can improve the quality of life and social function of patients with depression, and it is similar with sertraline.更多还原
