【摘要】 目的探讨分析应用米非司酮配伍缩宫素治疗人工流产后不全流产的临床疗效。方法将我院2013年3月~2014年3月期间收治的人工流产后不全流产者180例作为研究对象并随机分组,对照组均应用乙烯雌酚片联合缩宫素进行治疗,研究组均应用米非司酮联合缩宫素进行治疗。将结果进行比较。结果实施相应治疗后,研究组临床治疗成功率高达72.22%,明显性超过对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴道出血持续时间显著性少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者月经转经时间以及月经量变化方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。完成相应治疗后,两组均有一定的腹痛、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应发生,但两组不良反应发生率相对接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用米非司酮配伍缩宫素针对人工流产后不全流产者进行治疗,可以产生明显的效果,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with oxytocin in treatment of incomplete abortion after induced abortion. Methods 180 patients with incomplete abortion after induced abortion who were admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 selected as research objects and they were randomly divided to two groups.The control group was given diethylstilbestrol tablets combined with oxytocin for treatment while the research group was given mifepristone combined with oxytocin for treatment.The results were compared. Results After corresponding treatment,success rate of clinical treatment in the research group was as high as 72.22%,significantly higher than that of the control group 55.56%(P < 0.05).Duration of vaginal bleeding of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There were no statistical differences in time for menstrual recovery and changes of menstrual amount between two groups(P > 0.05).After corresponding treatment,patients in two groups all had certain adverse reactions such as abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and so on.But incidences of adverse reactions of two groups were relatively close and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with oxytocin in treatment of incomplete abortion after induced abortion has a significant effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
