【摘要】 目的针对成分制备过程中导致血压报废的原因进行分析,并制定相应的预防措施,以降低报废率。方法针对血站2012年1月~2013年12月成分制备过程中影响血液报废的因素进行分析,并于2014年1月~2015年12月实施预防血液报废的应对措施,比较实施预防措施前后的血液报废发生率。结果 2012~2015年各年影响成分制备过程血液报废的主要原因为脂肪血,其次为颜色异常、容量不足、破袋渗血及溶血;以2012年血液报废率1.78%居多,其次是2013年1.05%,2014年0.78%、2015年0.72%。实施干预措施后2014~2015年血液报废率为1.46%,实施干预措施前的2012~2013年血液报废率为2.76%,可见实施干预措施后效果较佳,可明显降低血液报废率,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成分制备过程中导致血液报废的主要原因为脂肪血,应提升工作人员技术水平,做好宣传工作,加强质量管理,从而达到降低血液报废率的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes of blood pressure discarding in the process of component preparation,and to formulate corresponding preventive measures to reduce the scrap rate. Methods The factors affecting blood discarding in the process of component preparation in Zhaoqing central blood station from January 2012 to December 2013 were analyzed.Measures to prevent blood discarding were implemented from January 2014 to December 2015.The incidence of blood rejection before and after the implementation of preventive measures were compared. Results The main causes of blood discarding in the process of influencing ingredient preparation were fat blood,followed by abnormal color,insufficient volume,bleeding and hemolysis in 2012 to 2015.In 2012 the rate of blood loss 1.78% was the most,followed by the year of 2013 was 1.05%,in the year of 2014 was 0.78%,in the year of the year of 2015 was 0.72%.After the implementation of intervention measures,in 2014-2015,blood rejection rate was 1.46%.Before the implementation of intervention measures,in 2012-2013 year,blood rejection rate was 2.76%.It could be seen that the effect of the intervention is better.It could significantly reduce blood rejection rate,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).
