【摘要】 目的观察丁螺环酮联合硝苯地平控释片治疗老年高血压伴焦虑患者的疗效。方法老年高血压伴焦虑患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者给予丁螺环酮和硝苯地平控释片联合治疗。对照组仅给予硝苯地平控释片治疗。两组患者治疗疗程均为6周,在药物治疗的同时,两组患者均接受无差异的健康教育,心理指导。比较两组患者在治疗结束时其血压控制情况及焦虑值变化情况。结果治疗前两组患者的基本情况及临床症状,均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗结束后,治疗组的血压控制显效率(46.67%)、总有效率(96.67%)均优于对照组(40.00%、93.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的焦虑改善的显效率(50.00%)、总有效率(90.00%)亦优于对照组(10.00%、36.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁螺环酮对老年高血压伴焦虑患者,具有协助降压作用,且安全性高,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of buspirone combined with nifedipine in treatment of senile hypertension with anxiety symptoms.Methods 60 cases of senile hypertension combined with anxiety symptoms were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in treatment group were prescribed both buspirone and nifedipine.The patients in control group were prescribed only nifedipine.Treatment in both groups were classified as 6 weeks.At the same time of drug treatment,patients of the two groups accepted same health education,psychological guidance.At the end of the study,blood pressure control and the anxiety scores changes were compared.Results There were no significant differences in basic condition and the clinical symptoms of the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).At the end of the study blood pressure control rate(46.67%) and total effective rate(96.67%) of treatment group were better than those of the control group(40.00%,93.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Anxiety scores and total effective rate of treatment group(50.00%,93.33%) were changed significantly,compared with the control group(10.00%,36.67%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly hypertensive patients with anxiety,buspirone has assist in reducing blood pressure.And it has high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
