微细电化学加工纳秒脉冲检测系统研究
Study on Nanosecond Pulse Detection System for Electrochemical Micro-Machining
【摘要】 根据纳秒脉冲微细电化学加工的工艺要求,提出并实现了一种纳秒加工脉冲的在线检测方法。通过PLD器件实现检测控制专用集成电路,结合32位高性能嵌入式处理器,实现了相关的转换电路、检测及其支持电路。其中,转换电路获取标准检测信号,检测及其支持电路实现脉冲参数、间隙状态的实时检测。实验表明,所研制系统能够在线检测纳秒加工脉冲的脉宽、脉间以及加工间隙的短/断路状态,实现微细电化学加工的在线监控。
【Abstract】 According to the process requirements of nanosecond pulse Micro ECM,an online detection method for microelectrochemical nanosecond pulses is proposed and realized in this paper.The ASIC for detection and control is built with PLD devices and combined with 32-bit high-performance embedded processors,related conversion circuit,detection and support circuit are realized.The conversion circuit is used to acquire the standard signal and detection and support circuit is used to realize pulse parameters,the gap state of online detection.
