【摘要】 某钢铁生产企业2号450m~2烧结机活性焦烟气净化项目配套氨站自动控制系统,现已投入运行。该项目采用先进的控制技术,以集中管理、分散控制的思想设计了由PC和PLC组成的控制系统。下位机基于PLC进行设计,根据需要测控的点位选择了PLC的型号和输入输出模块的型号及数量,通过STEP7的Hardware组件对硬件进行组态并编写程序。上位机使用组态软件WinCC进行了开发,设计了可以显示实时数据的流程画面、实时曲线、历史数据归档和报警总览等画面。流程画面可以直观显示当前系统的运行情况,历史数据归档可以查看历史数据,并将数据输出制表,为工艺改进提供相关数据,报警总览可以对警报进行响应并进行记录,方便技术人员排除故障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstruct:The ammonia station control system is apart of the 450m~2 flue gas purification project using activated coke.The system have been using for about two years.The project adopts advanced control technology and build the ammonia station control system with PC and PLC in the mind of centralized management and decentralized control.The system consists of host computer and slave computer.The slave computer is designed with PLC.The hardware is chosen according to the number or the type of the measuring point.The program is written to meet the demand of comtrol flow.The host computer is designed with the tool configuration software Win CC.With the help of WinCC,the data can be displayed in real time on the process pictures or real time curve.更多还原
