基于微弱交流信号检测的锁相放大系统设计
Lock-in Amplifier System Design Based on Weak AC Signal Detection
【摘要】 为了实现测量光电探测器的微弱交流信号,成功设计了基于LabVIEW虚拟的锁相放大测试系统模拟仿真,以及搭建以锁相放大器SR7270为核心测试系统。实验结果表明,该测试系统能够实现n A级微弱交流信号的检测。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the measurement of the weak AC signal of the photodetector,the simulation of the lock-in amplifier measuring system based on LabVIEW virtual system and the real measuring system based on the SR7270 lock-in amplifier is designed in this paper.
