八音琴音片装配自动检测与矫正系统的设计
Design of Automatic Measurement and Assembly for Musical Plate of Serinette
【摘要】 八音琴机芯装配的精度和稳定性直接决定着其产品的质量,基于机器视觉为基础以提高装配精度和稳定性为目的,通过PLC、机器视觉检测技术、伺服驱动等应用来实现八音琴音板装配的自动化检测与校正。采用了机器视觉检测方案,并创新性地设计了一种平行双滚珠丝杠伺服机构,可实现精度较高的直线运动与小幅度转动,满足系统精度与可靠性要求的同时结构简单,便于维护。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the machine vision detection scheme is adopted to innovative design a parallel twin-roller screw servo correction mechanism,it can achieve higher accuracy of linear motion and small amplitude rotation,the system meets the requirement of system accuracy and reliability,and is simple in structure and easy to maintain.
