【摘要】 目的研究以培养自主学习能力为核心的授课形式对生物化学与分子生物学课程教学效果的影响。方法选择包头医学院2014级临床本科1—5班学生为对照组(211人),2014级临床本科6班学生为试点组(44人),两组学生采用相同的师资、教学大纲、教学内容、考核方案和试卷,但教学方法有所不同。课程考核结束后,用独立样本的t检验比较两组学生平时成绩、期末成绩和总成绩的平均分,以及各分数段的人数比例,并用Pearson相关分析对平时成绩与期末、总成绩的相关性进行统计分析。结果试点组的平时、期末和总成绩的平均分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t平时=6.125,t期末=2.517,t总成绩=3.500;P<0.05)。试点组学生的平时成绩优秀率高于对照组,平时成绩、期末成绩、总成绩的不及格率均低于对照组。对照组学生的期末成绩、总成绩与平时成绩均具有相关性,试点组学生的期末成绩、总成绩与平时成绩没有相关性。结论试点班的授课方式有利于挖掘学生内在的学习动力,提高课堂教学的参与度和教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of the experimental class with the core of cultivating autonomous learning ability to the teaching of medical biochemistry and molecular biology. Methods Choosing clinical undergraduate students of classes 1—5 as the control group(211 students),class 6 as the pilot group(44 students)in Baotou Medical College. Both of which used the same teachers,teaching outline,teaching content,evaluation scheme and the examination paper. However the teaching methods were different,after the courses examination,using independent sample t test analyses two groups’ average scores of regular grades,final grades and total scores,and make a comparison of the student number in different scores between the two groups,using Pearson correlation analyses the relationship between the regular grades and the final grades and total scores. Results The pilot group has higher average scores of regular grades,final grades and total scores,and the difference is statistically significant(t regular grades=6.125,t final grades=2.517,t total scores=3.500;P﹤0.05). The proficiency of pilot group students’ regular grades is higher than the control group,and the failure rate of the regular grades,the final grades and total scores are lower. There is a correlation between the regular grades and the final grades and total scores in control group,but the pilot group has not. Conclusion The teaching methods of pilot group is conducive to excavate students’ intrinsic motivation,improving the participation of classroom teaching and the teaching effect.更多还原
