医学人文教育的回归与创新
Inheritance and Innovation of Medical Humanity Education
【摘要】 汕头大学医学院长期推行全人教育,1998年搭建了"全国大学生暑假医疗扶贫""宁养服务"两个全国高校共享的医德教育平台,至今已践行服务性学习18年。在此基础上,构建了"医者之心(HEART)"体系,通过显性课程、隐性课程、服务性学习,将医学人文精神、职业素养培养贯穿教育的全过程。从教育理念、课程目标、教育模式、评价方式进行了全方位改革,既传承我国医学人文教育的经验,又实现医学人文教育的回归与创新,取得显著成效。
【Abstract】 Shantou University Medical College(SUMC)has a long-term culture of holistic education. Two charity programs,the Medical Aid for the Poor Project and the National Hospice Service Program,set up in 1998 and have performed the service learning philosophy for more than 18 years. Based on these programs,SUMC built up the"HEART"system,by the formats of manifest curriculum,hidden curriculum and service learning,and integrated the medical humanistic spirit,professionalism all through the process of medical education. The"HEART"system makes great changes from education philosophy,course objectives,education formats and the assessment methods. It not only inherits the experience of medical humanities education in China,but also innovates from all of the above. SUMC achieved remarkable outcomes in medical humanity education.
