【Abstract】 The blending learning is the trend of the reform of the college course. However,the reform of the medical course encounters multiple obstacles,especially the core medical courses. The obstacles originates from the teacher,the student,the online courses,and the network environment. Otherwise,we also have some chances to support this reform.
