竹类生物质热解技术构建与评估

【摘要】 构建1 000 t/d竹类生物质热解技术路线与框架,开展评估工作。将热解技术构建贯穿于所有生产设施和辅助设施,划分为预处理、旋转床热解、油气分离净化和内燃机发电单元。从产品产出、资源消耗和环境保护方面进行评估,得出其年发电量达7 200万k Wh,具有低成本的优势,废气、废水及噪声排放均满足国家相关标准。该技术可解决竹类生物质处理困境,改善居民生活环境,提高地方财政收入,具有商业化的可行性和重要性。

【Abstract】 Routine and framework of 1 000 t/d bamboo biomass pyrolysis technology is established to carry out its evaluation. The pyrolysis technology is established through entire production facilities and auxiliary facilities, and is divided into units including pretreatment, rotary bed pyrolysis, oil and gas separation and purification, and internal combustion power generation. Evaluation is performed from aspects including product output, resource consumption and environmental protection. It is estimated that the annual power generation capacity is 72 million kWh, which has the advantage of low cost, and emissions of waste gas, waste water and noise all meet the national standard. The technology can solve the dilemma of bamboo biomass treatment, and further improve the residents’ living environment and local fiscal revenue, indication its feasibility and importance of commercialization
