蓄热式加热炉数值模拟

【摘要】 以某长材厂蓄热式平顶加热炉为研究对象,根据工业应用现场的实际参数,利用Ansys软件采用k-ε湍流模型、P1辐射模型等模型进行数值模拟,分析加热炉内的流场、温度场和燃烧产物浓度的分布情况,发现同侧换向燃烧组织方式对炉内钢坯加热效果较好,且炉内温度梯度比较平滑,氧气浓度较低,与现场得到的实际数据进行对比,证明数值模拟的研究价值和适用性,并提出优化加热炉操作运行的可行性措施。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the regenerative flat roof heating furnace as the research object,according to the industrial site parameters of the actual application,using the k-ε turbulence model and the P1 radiation model of the Ansys software to simulate the model,and analyzed the distribution of flow field,temperature field and combustion product concentration in the heating furnace. It is found that the same side of the combustion structure of the furnace billet heating effect is better,and the furnace temperature gradient is relatively smooth,the oxygen concentration is low. Compared with the actual data obtained from the field,it proves the value and applicability of the numerical simulation, and puts forward the feasible measures to optimize the operation of the heating furnace.
