基于床料流态重构与磨损机理分析的循环流化床锅炉水冷壁寿命推算
Prediction of Water Wall Life Based on the Analysis of Bed Material Solids Fluidization and Wear Mechanism for CFB Boiler
【摘要】 合理提升入炉煤质量,多重优化燃烧室床料存量并延长水冷壁寿命,是有效降低CFB辅机电耗,增加机组可用率及实现安全高效运行的有效途径。介绍了CFB床料的物理形态,界定了颗粒的流化形态,建立了基于磨损的水冷壁寿命推算模型并推导了相关算式。
【Abstract】 Reasonable improvement of coal quality,multiple optimization of combustion chamber bed material stock and reduction wear to prolong water wall life,are the effective way to reduce the CFB auxiliary power consumption,to increase availability ratio. Introduces the CFB bed material physical form,defines the solids fluidized status,put fward a prediction model of the wear life and derives some related formula.
