CeO2/C有序介孔材料催化甘油转化制碳酸甘油酯

【摘要】 采用溶剂挥发自组装法制备有序介孔CeO2/C复合材料,利用X射线衍射仪、N2吸附-脱附仪和透射电子显微镜对样品进行表征,考察催化甘油酯交换制备碳酸甘油脂的催化性能。结果表明,在甘油用2 mmol、碳酸二甲酯10 mmol、有序介孔CeO2/C复合材料0.1 g、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺5 m L、反应温度140℃和反应时间3 h条件下,CeO2/C中CeO2质量分数为16.3%时,甘油转化率和碳酸甘油脂选择性最高,分别为76%和81.8%。

【Abstract】 Ordered mesoporous CeO2/C composite materials with various CeO2 contents were synthesized by tri-component co-assembly method and tested in interesterification of glycerol to glycerol carbonate.The microstructures of the resultant samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,N2 physical adsorption and transmission electron microscopy.The mesoporous CeO2/C composite with the CeO2 content of16.3% exhibited good catalytic activity in the synthesis of glycerol carbonate by the transesterification of glycerol with dimethyl carbonate.Glycerol conversion of 76% and selectivity to glycerol carbonate of 81.8% were obtained when reacting 2 mmol glycerol,10 mmol dimethyl carbonate,0.1 g catalyst in 5 mL N,N-dimethylacetamide at 140 ℃ for 3 h.
