液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用(HPLC-AFS)测定市售鱼干中的甲基汞含量

【摘要】 目的了解市售鱼干的甲基汞污染情况。方法有代表性地采集深圳市市售鱼干,采用液相色谱与原子荧光光谱联用方法测定鱼干中的甲基汞含量。样品经盐酸超声提取后离心过滤,以5%乙腈-4.62 g/L乙酸铵-1.2 g/L-半胱氨酸溶液作流动相,经反相C18色谱柱分离后由原子荧光光谱仪测定甲基汞含量。结果部分样品检出甲基汞,含量范围为<0.03 mg/kg~0.21 mg/kg,对标准参考物质Fapas T0797罐头鱼和GBW10029金枪鱼的测定结果与参考值相符,说明测定结果真实可靠。结论该法具有操作简便、特异性强、准确可靠的优点,适用于市售鱼干中甲基汞含量的分析。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pollution of methylmercury(Me Hg) in the dried fish from market.Methods Dried fishes were collected typically in Shenzhen market. PHLC-AFS was used for Me Hg analysis.The samples were supersonic extracted with HCl and centrifuged, then were separated on C18 chrom atographic colum by 5% acetonitrile -4.62 g/L ammonium acetate -1.2 g/L cysteine and analyzed by AFS. Results The content of Me Hg in some dried fishes ranged from <0.03 mg/kg~0.21 mg/kg. The accuracy was test by the analysis of Fapas T0797 and GBW10029, the result is true and reliable. Conclusion The method simplifies the experimental procedure with advantages of easy operation, strong specificity and accuracy.The results met the food hygienic standard of China.
