炔雌醚对小鼠空间记忆力及情绪的作用

【摘要】 为检测炔雌醚对雄性昆明小鼠空间记忆力和抑郁水平的作用,我们将18只雄性昆明小鼠分为3组:对照组、10 mg/kg组和20 mg/kg组,通过Y迷宫、强迫游泳和悬尾3组实验,检测炔雌醚对其空间记忆力及抑郁水平的作用。结果发现:(1)两个实验组小鼠的空间记忆力与对照组相比并无显著变化;(2)10 mg/kg实验组小鼠的抑郁水平较对照组有所降低,但是20 mg/kg炔雌醚对小鼠的抑郁水平没有产生显著变化。由此我们得出结论:经过炔雌醚处理的小鼠,空间记忆力没有发生变化,也不会导致小鼠抑郁水平上升,表明炔雌醚不会对小鼠的生存能力造成明显的影响。本研究为进一步明确不育剂对鼠类的作用提供了一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of quinestrol on the spatial memory and depression level of male Kunming mice,18 male Kunming mice were divided into three groups:control group,10 mg/kg group and 20 mg/kg group.Y maze test,forced swimming test and tail hanging test were performed to test the effect of quinestrol on its spatial memory and depression.The results showed that:(1) The spatial memory of mice in the two experimental groups did not change significantly compared with the control group;(2) The depression level of the mice in the 10 mg/kg group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant between the 20 mg/kg group and the control group.In conclusion:Quinestro did not change the spatial memory and did not cause an increase in depression level of Kunming mice,indicating that quinestrol might not significantly affect the viability of mice.This study provides some theoretical basis for the further clarifying of the effect of quinestrol on mice.
