壳寡糖对热带糙海参(Holothuria scabra)体腔细胞吞噬活性影响

【摘要】 本研究首先比较了健康海参和患病初期糙海参的体腔细胞吞噬活性,发现正常健康糙海参吞噬率和吞噬指数变动范围分别在66%至10%之间(平均值为31%),0.7至0.1之间(平均值为0.45)。患病糙海参(化皮症感染初期)吞噬活性略低于健康海参,其吞噬率变动范围在38%至5%之间(平均值为24%),吞噬指数变动范围0.9至0.1之间(平均值为0.42),但随着病症加重,糙海参体腔细胞吞噬活性逐渐降低。然后对健康海参和患病初期糙海参投喂壳寡糖,发现壳寡糖可以提高细胞吞噬活性,且对健康糙海参效果更明显。

【Abstract】 In this study, we firstly compared the phagocytic activity of coelomic cell between healthy sea cucumber and diseased sea cucumber at the early stage, which showed that the phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index of healthy sea cucumber ranged from 66% to 10%(average value was 31%) and 0.7 to 0.1(average value was 0.45), respectively. The phagocytic activity of diseased sea cucumber(at the early stage of skin disease) was a bit lower than that of the healthy sea cucumber, which ranged from 38% to 5%(average value was 24%), and its phagocytosis index ranged from 0.9 to 0.1(average value was 0.42). However, with the aggravation of the disease,the phagocytic activity of the coelomic cells in the sea cucumber gradually decreased. Then, we fed healthy sea cucumber and diseased sea cucumber with COS. The results demonstrated that COS could increase the phagocytic activity of sea cucumber, and it was more effective for diseased sea cucumber.
