基于rbcl部分序列探讨桔梗科的系统发育

【摘要】 rbcl为催化光合作用的关键酶Rubisco大亚基的编码序列,它在种间和种内水平保守性都很高。本研究首先设计出引物并扩增到取自安徽太和的桔梗rbcl部分序列,紧接着从Gen Bank中下载相关桔梗科植物进行系统学分析。结果表明,桔梗科rbcl部分的遗传多样性较低,利用该序列构建的系统树与形态分类学的结果有一定的差异。但总体来看,还是可以将不同的属分开,因而rbcl可以用作桔梗科的系统学相关分析。

【Abstract】 rbcl gene is the coding sequence of the large-subunit of Rubisco which ia a key enzyme in the catalysis of photosynthesis. It is highly conserved in interspecific and intraspecific. This study firstly designed primers and amplified rbcl partial sequences of Campanulaceae from Taihe, Anhui. Then we downloaded some kinds of Campanulaceae plants from Gen Bank, and did phylogeny analysis. The results showed that the genetic diversity of rbcl sequences in Campanulaceae was low. The phylogenetic tree constructed by this sequence had some differences with morphological taxonomy. Overall, however, different genera could be separated, so rbcl gene could be used in the systematic correlation analysis of Campanulaceae.
