MicroRNA在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展
Research Progress of MicroRNA in Tumor Therapy
【摘要】 微小RNA(MicroRNA)是一组长约18~25 nt的内源性单链非编码RNA,通过与靶mRNA基因的3’或5’端UTR区完全或不完全结合来抑制翻译过程,并以此参与了细胞的各种生理病理过程。近年来越来越多的实验研究表明,肿瘤的发生发展与MicroRNA对基因的调控作用密切相关。人们开始探究每一种肿瘤的发生发展与相关MicroRNA之间的关系,寻找MicroRNA所调控的靶基因,试图依据MicroRNA的调控机制对肿瘤的发生发展进行抑制甚至预测,以达到一定的临床治疗效果。
【Abstract】 MicroRNAs are a group of endogenous single-stranded non-coding RNAs of 18~25 nucleotides in length, which are involved in various physiological and pathological processes of cells and inhibit translation by completely or incompletely combining UTR regions at 3’ or 5’ ends of target mRNA. In recent years, more and more experiments have demonstrated that the occurrence and development of tumor are closely related to the regulation of MicroRNAs towards gene. People began to explore the logical relationship between the occurence &development of tumors and related MicroRNAs, find the target genes regulated by MicroRNA, and try to predict even inhibit the occurence and development of tumors and to achieve a certain therapeutic effect.
