H63黄铜下水管腐蚀失效分析

【摘要】 黄铜下水管正在被越来越多的消费者所使用,为进一步提高黄铜下水管的防腐技术,增加其使用寿命,以实际失效的H63黄铜下水管作为腐蚀失效的研究对象,从宏观形貌和微观机理两方面对其腐蚀失效进行研究。研究结果表明,H63黄铜下水管发生脱锌腐蚀后最终会发生脆性断裂;下水管内表面腐蚀比外表面严重,其腐蚀产物主要有Zn O、Zn Cl2及Cu(OH)Cl;Cl-在内表面腐蚀破坏中起到了关键作用;下水管的上波纹管部位是腐蚀失效最容易发生的部位,其腐蚀处的硬度值为147.77 HV,减薄程度值为0.10 mm。

【Abstract】 The brass pipe is more and more popular among consumers nowadays. In order to further improve the anti-corrosion performance and prolong its service life time,the corrosion failure of H63 brass invalid drain pipe was studied in two aspects: macroscopic morphology and microcosmic mechanism. The results showed that the zinc corrosion of H63 brass drain pipe occurred first and finally caused the brittle fracture. The corrosion of the inner surface of the drain pipe was more serious than that of the outer surface,and the corrosion products of inner surface were mainly Zn O,Zn Cl2 and Cu( OH) Cl. Cl-played a crucial role in the corrosion process of internal surface. The up part of the corrugated pipe was the most prone part that gave way to corrosion failure,and itshardness value was 147. 77 HV with the thickness reduction value being 0. 10 mm.
