模糊控制在有源电力滤波器直流侧中的应用

【摘要】 针对有源电力滤波器(APF)直流侧采用PI控制在启动时存在电压超调大和电流冲击以及在负载突变时电压波动大的问题,设计了一种参数模糊自整定PI控制方法来实现软启动和提高鲁棒性。以并联型三相三线有源电力滤波器为例,分析了其工作原理并提出了软启动方法,详述了模糊控制器的设计过程。仿真结果表明有源电力滤波器采用该方法在启动时能使直流侧电压平稳上升至给定值,启动电流也无冲击现象,并且鲁棒性强,证明此方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 In view of the disadvantages which exist in the DC side using PI control when active power filter starts up,such as the voltage overshoot,current shock and the voltage fluctuation when load change. A parameter fuzzy self-tuning PI control method is designed to realize the soft start and improve robustness. Illustrated by the example of shunt three-phase three-wire active power filter,the operation principle is analyzed and the soft start method is proposed,and the design process of the fuzzy controller is described in detail. The simulation results show that the active power filter at startup by using this method can make the DC-side voltage steadily rise to reference,the starting current is no impact and the system has strong robustness. It proves this method is feasible.
