改性USY分子筛催化愈创木酚乙酰化反应及动力学研究
Study on Guaiacol Acetylation Catalyzed by Modified USY Zeolite and Reaction Dynamics
【摘要】 以愈创木酚和乙酸酐为原料,在催化剂存在的条件下合成乙酰愈创木酚。以USY分子筛作为母体,用磷酸氢二铵改性USY分子筛,并通过实验优化出磷酸氢二铵改性USY分子筛的条件为:磷酸氢二铵浓度为0.132 g·m L-1,固液比为9:10,焙烧温度550℃,时间12 h。经正交试验优化出愈创木酚乙酰化的工艺条件为:n愈创木酚:n(Ac)2O=1:1.4,催化剂质量为愈创木酚质量的10%,反应时间2 h,反应温度90℃。乙酰愈创木酚得率为89.85%。通过反应物浓度与时间之间的关系得出反应级数n=2。由不同温度下的反应速率常数,结合Arrhenius方程求得该反应的活化能Ea=34.182k J·mol-1,指前因子A=24469 L·(mol·min)-1。
【Abstract】 USY zeolite was modified with diammonium phosphate and the modified zeolite was used as a catalyst for acetyl guaiacol synthesis with guaiacol and acetic anhydride. The optimal modification condition is diammonium phosphate concentration 0.132 g·m L-1, solid-liquid ratio 9:10, calcination temperature 550℃ and reaction time 12 h. Moreover, the optimum acetylation conditions are obtained by orthogonal experiment study, which are: nguaiacol:n(Ac)2O = 1:1.4, catalyst dosage = 10% of guaiacol, reaction temperature 90℃ and reaction time 1 h. Acetyl guaiacol yield is 89.85% under such optimal conditions. Reaction kinetics is studied considering the relationship between reactant concentration and reaction time, and reaction order is found as n = 2. Reaction activation energy and pre-exponential factor of Arrhenius formula are Ea = 34.182 k J·mol-1 and A = 24469 L·mol-1·min-1, respectively.
