琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠的制备及纯化

【摘要】 琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠(SOAS)是一种新型阴离子表活性剂。本文以牛脂胺、琥珀酸以及无水亚硫酸钠为原料,经过酰胺化再进行磺化,制备琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠(SOAS)。对其固含量进行了测定,纯化后利用红外光谱、元素分析、热重(TG)以及核磁对其表征。结果表明,琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠酰胺化的最佳时间为30min,温度为70℃;磺化的最佳时间为3h,温度为75℃。经过溶解、过滤、浓缩以及冷冻干燥,获得了纯度为99.5%的琥珀酸单十八酰胺磺酸钠。

【Abstract】 Sodium sulfonate of octadecylamide succinate(SOAS) was a kind of anionic surfactant. The tallow amine, succinic acid and anhydrous sodium sulfite was applied as raw materials, by amidation andsulfonation, sodium sulfonate of octadecylamide succinate(SOAS) was prepared. Its solid content was determined. After purification, the characteristics were characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermogravimetry(TG) and nuclear magnetic resonance. The results showed that the best time of succinate eighteen amide sulfonate in amidation was 30 min, the temperature was 70℃; the best time for the sulfonation was 3 h, the temperature was 75℃. After dissolution, filtration, concentration and freeze-drying, the purity of sodium sulfonate of octadecylamide succinate was 99.5%.
