蛋白/多肽类药物脂质体的研究进展

【摘要】 本文对蛋白多肽类药物载体脂质体的研究情况进行了综述。重点论述了蛋白多肽类药物的性质特点以及脂质体的组成和特征,脂质体作为蛋白多肽类药物载体不同于传统方法的一些新的制备方法,以及提高包裹蛋白多肽类药物脂质体包封率的方法。目前脂质体技术应用于蛋白多肽类药物取得了很大的进展,采用新型制备方法及技术可以制备出较高包封率的蛋白多肽类药物脂质体制剂,新型脂质体制剂技术应用于蛋白多肽类药物有着广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 The research progress in protein and polypeptide drug carrier liposomes was reviewed in this paper. The nature and characteristics of protein polypeptide drugs and the composition and characteristics of liposomes were described mainly. The improved methods for preparing liposomes which as the protein polypeptide drug carriers, which different from traditional methods were reviewed, and also, the methods for increasing the entrapment efficiency of polypeptide drug carrier liposomes were reviewed. A great progress has been made in liposome technique which applied to protein and polypeptide drugs. The protein and polypeptide drug liposomes preparation which was preferably entrapment efficiency could be prepared by advanced preparation methods and technology. The technology of advanced liposome preparation, which applied to protein and polypeptide drugs, had a wide application prospect.
