【摘要】 目的探讨动力取向治疗方法对伴有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者的治疗效果及对患者生活质量、睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2015年3月~2016年10月在我院接受治疗的80例伴有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予抗抑郁症、抗精神病药物治疗,观察组在此基础上给予动力取向治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后焦虑抑郁得分、睡眠质量和生活质量的差别。结果治疗前,两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、睡眠质量、生活质量组间无明显差别(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪、睡眠质量及生活质量均较治疗前改善,且观察组上述指标改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的满意率为97.50%明显高于对照组82.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动力取向治疗可有效改善伴有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者有的焦虑抑郁情绪,改善其睡眠质量和生活质量,具有良好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dynamic orientation therapy on anxiety and depression mood,life quality and sleep quality of depressive patients with psychotic symptoms. Methods 80 cases of depressive patients with psychotic symptoms treated in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the observation group randomly. The control group was given antidepressant and antipsychotic drugs,and the observation group was given dynamic orientation therapy on the basis of drugs. The scores of anxiety,depression,sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in anxiety and depression scores,life quality and sleep quality(P>0.05). After treatment,anxiety and depression mood,sleep quality and quality of life in the two groups were both improved than those before treatment,and the improvement of the indexes mentioned above in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The dynamic orientation therapy can effectively improve the anxiety and depression symptoms of depressive patients with psychotic symptoms,and improve the sleep quality and quality of life as well,which has good application value in clinical work.更多还原
