【摘要】 目的观察心理干预疗法对强迫症患者的强迫症状、心理状态及生活质量的效果。方法选取2014年10月到2016年8月收治的120例强迫症患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例,对照组进行常规护理模式,研究组在此基础上实行心理干预,利用健康调查表(SF-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对两组患者干预前后生活质量及负性情绪进行评价,利用耶鲁布朗强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)评价两组患者干预前后强迫症改善情况。结果两组患者干预后生活质量、焦虑抑郁情绪以及强迫症状都较干预前有所改善,且研究组改善幅度更显着(P<0.05)。结论心理干预疗法能够有效改善强迫症者强迫症状及负性情绪,并提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and evaluate the psychological intervention therapy for improving the psychological status of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD)and the effects on negative emotions and the symptoms of OCD. Methods From October 2014 to August 2016,120 cases of OCD patients were selected as the research objects,all the patients were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,each of 60 cases. The control group were given the routine nursing mode,the research group were given the psychological intervention on the basis of the routine nursing. The scales of SF-36,SAS,SDS and Y-BOCS between two groups before and after the intervention were used to evaluate the improvement of the life quality,the negative emotions and the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Results After intervention,the life quality as well as the negative emotions and the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder of the two groups of patients were all much improved compared with those before intervention(P<0.05);Those improvements in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention therapy can be more effective to improve the psychological status as well as the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder and negative emotions of patients with OCD,and improve the patient’s quality of life as well.更多还原
