【摘要】 目的探讨综合干预联合抗精神病药物治疗社区精神分裂症患者的效果及影响其社会功能恢复的相关因素。方法选取我市病情稳定的社区精神分裂症患者160例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组各80例。其中对照组给予常规抗精神病药物治疗,干预组在对照组基础上实施综合干预。比较两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及Morning Side康复状态量表(MRSS)评分。结果干预3、12个月后,干预组PANSS、SDSS、MRSS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且与同组入组时比较,干预组干预3、12个月后以上评分均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归结果显示,是否干预、入组时PANSS评分、MRSS评分、病程4个自变量与社会功能进入回归方程,其中入组时MRSS评分对社会功能恢复的影响最大。结论综合干预联合抗精神病药物治疗社区精神分裂症患者的效果显著,可有效控制精神症状,促进患者恢复,增强其社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive intervention combined with antipsychotics in treatment of schizophrenia patients in community and analysis influencing factors of social function in patients. Methods A total of 160 patients with stable schizophrenia in city’s community were selected in our study. According to the principle of completely random,patients were divided into control group and intervention group,80 cases in each group. Patients of the control group was received conventional antipsychotics,while patients of the intervention group received comprehensive intervention based on control group. The scores of Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS)and Morning Side Rehabilitation Status Scale(MRSS)were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After 3 and 12 months of intervention,the PANSS,SDSS,MRSS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the same group before intervention,the above scores were significantly lower after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Multiple stepwise regression showed that,whether the intervention,the PANSS score and MRSS score before intervention,duration have a linear regression with social functional recovery,in which the MRSS scores before intervention of the maximum effect. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive intervention combined with antipsychotics in treatment of schizophrenia patients in community is significant,which can effectively control psychotic symptoms,improves patients’ recovery and enhance its social function.更多还原
