【摘要】 目的创建中医居家母婴护理体系智能平台,完善医院延续管理服务,促进母婴健康,提高护理质量。方法选取我院产后患者90例,分为对照组和干预组各45例,对照组进行常规健康宣教后出院;干预组在常规宣教的基础上使用居家中医母婴护理体系智能平台。出院1个月后,比较对照组和干预组中医母婴护理认知程度、满意度。结果 1个月后,干预组母婴中医护理认知水平及满意程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于智能平台的居家母婴中医护理模式提高了医院母婴延续护理质量,满足母婴及其家庭的护理需求,改进了常规复诊流程,促进居家母婴健康服务的发展,开拓了医护人员职业发展的空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To create an intelligent platform for the maternal and infant home nursing system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), improve hospital’s continuing nursing management and improve nursing quality. Methods 90 cases of postpartum patients in our hospital were divided into the control group and intervention group with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education after discharge while the intervention group took intelligent traditional Chinese medicine home nursing system platform based on the conventional education. 1 month after discharge, compared the cognition degree and satisfaction degree of traditional Chinese medicine maternal and infant nursing between the control group and the intervention group. Results After 1 months, the cognition and satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM model of maternal and infant home nursing based on intelligent platform improved continuing nursing quality, met the nursing needs of mom and infant as well as their families, improved the routine return visit process, promoted the development of maternal and infant home health service and opened up the career development space for medical staffs.更多还原
