【摘要】 目的探讨体像障碍和人格障碍在整形美容患者术后满意度中的作用。方法采用问卷调查法对156名主动寻求整形美容的女性青年患者进行了体像障碍、人格障碍和术后满意度的测评。结果体像障碍和人格障碍分别是术后不满意的独立预测因素,人格障碍在体像障碍和术后不满意之间起着部分中介作用。结论整形美容工作应主动开展心理健康评估和干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of body image disorder and personality disorder on the satisfaction of patients with cosmetic plastic surgery. Methods 156 patients who had been seeking cosmetic plastic surgery were investigated in terms of body image disorder, personality disorder and their satisfaction of cosmetic plastic surgery. Results Body image disorder and personality disorder were significant independent predictors of postoperative dissatisfaction. Body image disorder played an intermediary between personality disorder and postoperative dissatisfaction. Conclusion Cosmetic surgery should take the initiative to carry out psychological status assessments and psychological intervention on patients.更多还原
