【摘要】 目的了解二级医院医疗保险管理的现状。方法采用问卷调查法对新疆二级医院从事医疗保险管理和经办工作的人员进行调查。结果新形势下全疆二级医院的医保管理工作均存在制度执行欠缺、宣传不足、信息系统支持不完善等问题。结论对二级医院的医疗保险管理工作需要加大宣传力度、完善管理制度、优化服务流程,加强自身医疗保险监管,杜绝因医疗保险政策和制度执行错位而导致基金拒付。同时还要科学合理地用足、用好社保部门分配给医院的医保定额经费。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To understand the present situation of the secondary medical insurance management of medical institutions.Methods By the method of questionnaire survey,the Xinjiang secondary hospitals personnel engaging in the work of medical insurance management and handling were under investigation.Results To the new situation the management of medical insurance system of the secondary medical institutions is lacking,inadequate propaganda,imperfect information system support,etc.Conclusions The medical insurance management of Xinjiang secondary hospitals should focus on enlarging the propagandadynamics,improving the medical insurance management system,optimizingserviceprocesses,so that the hospitals could eliminate the refusal of fund caused by implementation dislocationBesides,the medical institutions of health care workers should rationally and fully use the medical insurance fund.更多还原
