【摘要】 目的以武汉市为例,分析全科医生签约服务开展的现状、效果,为促进全科医生签约服务发展提供政策建议。方法收集2013—2014年武汉市实施签约服务的政策文件,结合对相关人员访谈,对6个社区的居民开展问卷调查。结果与非签约居民相比,签约居民在上门服务、24小时咨询、用药指导等项目上利用次数更多。但在健康结果改善指标上,非签约居民空腹血糖控制效果优于签约居民,高血压控制上无差异。结论武汉市全科医生签约式服务利于提高居民利用基层医疗服务水平,但在健康结果改善上,未能体现签约式服务效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To analyze the current situation and the effect of the contract service of general practitioner in Wuhan,and to provide suggestions for improving the contract service.Methods Related policy documents were collected.Relevant personnel were interviewed,and questionnaire survey among six community residents were conducted.Results Compared with non-contractual residents,contractual residents use more services such as home service,24 hours of counseling,medication guidance and other projects.But as to the outcome of health improvement,the effect of glucose control of non-contractual residents was better than the contractual residents,and there was no difference on blood pressure control.Conclusions The contract service was conducive to improve the level of primary health care service utilization,but failed to incarnate service effect.更多还原
