α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性与脑出血的关系

【摘要】 目的研究α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性与脑出血的关系。方法对甘肃地区238例脑出血患者和240例健康对照者应用血液基因组DNA提取试剂盒方法检测α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性,分析比较脑出血病例组和对照组rs4963多态性的分布差异。结果病例组和对照组α-内收蛋白基因rs4963基因型分布、等位基因频率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。按性别分层后,病例组与对照组基因型分布和等位基因频率差异仍无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘肃地区α-内收蛋白基因rs4963多态性与脑出血无关联。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association between polymorphism of rs4963 in the α-adducin gene and cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 238 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 240 healthy controls were collected in Gansu,China. Blood genomic DNA extraction kit was used to evaluate the polymorphism of rs4963 in the α-adducin gene,and the genotype and allele frequencies of rs4963 polymorphism were compared between the cerebral hemorrhage group and the control group. Results There were no significant differences in the genotype and allele frequencies between the cerebral hemorrhage group and the control group( P > 0. 05),even after the two groups were stratified by sex( P > 0. 05). Conclusions The polymorphism of rs4963 in the α-adducin gene is not associated with cerebral hemorrhage.
