【摘要】 目的 了解天水市≥60岁人群重性抑郁障碍的患病率、抑郁症人口学特征及社会生活功能状况。方法 2014年11月～2015年5月采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法随机抽取≥60岁人群,共2430名。用扩展的一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)以及美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册(DSM-IV)轴Ⅰ障碍定式临床检查患者版对所有纳入人群进行筛查和诊断。结果 共2416人完成了调查。①≥60岁人群重性抑郁障碍时点患病率为87.73‰(95%CI:5.29%～14.55%),终身患病率为92.89‰(95%CI:5.72%～15.09%);②时点患病率:女性(111.63‰)高于男性(64.92‰),城市(125.15‰)高于农村(80.21‰);患病率随年龄的增长而不断下降,其中60～69岁为91.61‰,70～79岁为83.88‰,80岁以上为56.73‰。结论 天水市重性抑郁障碍患病率较高,单次发作患者占绝大部分,发作类型主要为忧郁型,严重程度以中重度为主,求治率及精神科治疗率均较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence, demographic characteristics and social life function of the major depressive disorder in the people over 60 years old in Tianshui. Methods From Novembe in 2430 to May in 2015, the people orer 60 years old were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method. Major depression disorder in the individuals enrolled were screened and dignosed by the extended version general health questionnaire(GHQ-12) and the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-Ⅳ-TR( SCID-I/P). Results Among the participants in the study 2416 people completed the survey.①The time point prevalence of the major depressive disorder was 87. 73‰(95% CI: 5. 29%-14. 55%) and lifetime prevalence was92. 89‰(95% Cl: 5. 72%-15. 09%). ②The time point prevalence in the women( 111. 63‰) was higher than that in the men(64. 92‰), and the one in urban residents(125. 15‰) was higher than that in rural residents(80. 21‰). The prevalence rate of the three groups of the people(60～69, 70～79 and 80 years old) was 91. 61‰, 83. 88‰ and 56. 73‰ respectively,which decreased with age. Conclusions The morbidity of major depressive disorders in Tianshui is relatively higher. The majority of the patients in the study are single attack. The onset of type is mainly depression type. Severity is moderate to severe. The treatment rate and psychiatric treatment rate are relatively lower.更多还原
