【摘要】 目的观察应用多瓣法整复大口畸形的临床疗效。方法对8例患儿应用多个皮瓣整复皮肤,同期重建口轮匝肌的环形结构、整复颧大肌及颊肌等表情肌。结果本组的8例患儿疗效良好,术后的静态、动态效果良好。结论应用多瓣法治疗大口畸形可取得良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to investigate the effect of the correction of macrastomia with multiple skin flaps.Methods Eight cases with multiple skin-flap skin closure were treated.The ring structure of musculus orbicularis oris were reconstructed.In addition,the functional muscle trimming of the major zygomatic,buccinator,and other mimetic muscles were executed.Results All of the eight cases achieved satisfactory static and dynamic results.Conclusion The method for maccrostomia correction with multiple skin flaps can achieve an aesthetic oral commissure effect.更多还原
