冷弯等边角钢梁双向受弯屈曲分析
Buckling Analysis of Cold-formed Steel Equal Angle Beams in the Biaxial Bending
【摘要】 冷弯等边角钢梁由于其截面的特殊性,外荷载作用方向易与形心主轴倾斜而产生双向弯曲。考虑荷载经过截面剪心情况下冷弯等边角钢梁的双向受弯作用,利用ANSYS有限元软件,对双向弯曲作用下冷弯等边角钢梁进行屈曲失稳分析。首先,在集中和均布荷载作用下,得到四组不同宽厚比的角钢梁在三组跨度下的屈曲模态与屈曲荷载并进行结果分析;然后改变外荷载与主轴的夹角,找到不同角度下冷弯等边角钢梁的屈曲模态与屈曲荷载的变化规律。结果表明,宽厚比、跨度的变化与荷载角度的改变对冷弯等边角钢有不同的作用,并且不同角度的荷载产生的双向弯曲作用会影响冷弯等边角钢梁的屈曲模态。
【Abstract】 Cold-formed steel equal angle section beams due to the special nature of its cross-section,the loads applied to angle beams usually act out of the principal planes so that they cause simultaneous biaxial bending about both principal axes.In this paper,the buckling instability analysis of the cold-formed steel equal angle section beams under biaxial bending was analyzed by ANSYS finite element software.Firstly,under the action of concentrated and uniform load,buckling modes and buckling loads of angle beams with four different slenderness ratio in three different spans were obtained and the results were analyzed.Then,the angle between the external load and the principal planes was changed.The buckling mode and buckling load of cold-formed steel equal angle section beams at different angles were found.The results showed that the change of the slenderness ratio,span and the load angle had different effect on the cold-formed steel equal angle section beams,and the biaxial bending effect of the different angle loads will affect the buckling mode of the angle beams.
