动荷载作用下埋深对单丝拉拔过程的影响
Influence of embedment to single fiber pull-out test under dynamic loading
【摘要】 从材料细观非均匀角度出发,基于细观损伤力学和动力有限元方法,建立动载作用下钢纤维增强混凝土单丝拉拔数值模拟模型,实现不同埋深构件的动态拉拔破坏过程,得到构件荷载—位移全曲线和拉拔过程声发射图,探讨了埋深变化对单丝拉拔构件力学性能的影响.结果表明,在同样动载下,埋深变化对构件破坏模式有显著的影响,埋深加大韧性增强,构件抵抗动荷载的能力也增强.
【Abstract】 Numerical models of single steel fiber pull-out test under dynamic loading have been created based on meso-level heterogeneity of material. The failure process of single fiber pull-out test on concrete matrix with various embedment depth have been visualized. Load-displacement curves and Displacement-AE( Acoustic Emission) curves are obtained. Influence of embedment to properties of single fiber pull-out test under dynamic loading are,therefore,investigated in this paper. The results show that the change of embedment depth has great influence on failure pattern and shear stress distribution,under same dynamic loading. With increasing embedment depth,peak load and toughness of specimen increase.
