局部腐蚀对钢管拱肋极限承载能力的影响研究
Effect of corrosion on the ultimate bearing capacity of steel arch rib
【摘要】 基于有限元数值分析方法,研究单圆管钢管拱肋在36种腐蚀工况下的极限承载能力,探讨腐蚀部位、面积和深度等对钢管拱肋极限承载能力的影响规律.研究结果表明:(1)当腐蚀面积和腐蚀深度相同时,拱脚腐蚀较其他位置(拱顶、拱顶与拱脚之间的位置、吊杆与拱肋之间的接头位置)对钢管拱肋极限承载能力的影响最大;(2)当腐蚀部位和腐蚀深度相同时,随着腐蚀面积的增大,钢管拱肋的极限承载能力呈下降趋势,下降幅度表现为先快后慢;(3)当腐蚀面积相同,腐蚀部位为拱脚、拱脚-拱顶之间(非吊杆连接处)时,随着腐蚀深度的增大,钢管拱肋的极限承载能力呈直线下降趋势;(4)当腐蚀面积相同,腐蚀部位为吊杆-拱肋连接处、拱顶时,钢管拱肋极限承载能力呈下降趋势,下降幅度先慢后快.
【Abstract】 Based on finite element method,the ultimate bearing capacities of single steel tube arch ribs with 36 kinds of corroded conditions are studied.The effects of corroded location,area,depth on the ultimate bearing capacity of the arch ribs have been discussed.The results show that:(1) when the corroded area and depth are identical,the corrosion of arch foot has greater effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of arch ribs rather than other location (i.e.,arch apex,location between arch foot and arch apex,location on the joint between arch rib and suspender);(2) when corroded location and depth are the same,the ultimate bearing capacity decreases along with the increase of corroded area,but it decreases sharply when corroded area is small,and it decreases slightly when corroded area is large.(3) when corroded area is the same,the ultimate bearing capacity declines linearly along with the increase of corroded depth.When corrosion happens on arch foot or between arch foot and arch apex( not on joint between suspender and arch rib),the ultimate bearing capacity decreases along with the increase of corroded depth,and it decreases slightly when corroded depth is small,and it decreases sharply when corroded depth is large when corrosion happens on joint between suspender and arch rib or on the arch apex.
