钢铁冶炼过程中气液两相流动数值模拟进展
Progress in numerical simulation for gas-liquid flows of iron and steel industry
【摘要】 从高炉炼铁、铁水预处理、转炉/电弧炉炼钢、炉外精炼和连铸等装置和工序角度,考虑钢铁冶炼特征,简要介绍钢铁冶炼过程中气液相界面输运行为的一般特征和数学模型,全面评述钢铁冶炼过程中气液两相流数值模拟国内外研究现状,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。
【Abstract】 Based on the features of metallurgy processes,gas-liquid flow transport models and interfacial behaviors are introduced,and the progress in numerical simulation for gas-liquid flows in iron and steel industry is reviewed from the perspective of major devices and working procedures,which include iron-making,iron pretreatment,steel-making,refining and continuous casting processes.The future research directions are discussed.
