基于云计算的光子晶体器件研究
Study of the photonic crystal components based on cloud computing
【摘要】 采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)作为基底材料,通过角形晶格排列形成包层,中心的空气孔柱作为纤芯,设计了一种对称三角波形空气孔光子晶体结构。运用渐逝场理论分析了结构的非线性传播特性,得到了空气孔的倏逝场区域能量和模式传输能量的比例模型,分析了结构的色散系数、非线性系数和有效模式面积。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a kind of photonic crystal structure is designed by symmetrical triangular wave form of air hole. It uses poly methy methacry-late(PMMA) as base material, package layer is angular lattice structure. Fiber core is formed by air perforated column in the center. By evanescent field theory, the nonlinear propagation characteristics is analyzed. Scale model between the evanescent field energy of air hole area and energy of transmission model is obtained. Also, the structure which includes dispersion coefficient, nonlinear coefficient and the effective mode area is analyzed.
