【摘要】 目的:观察降气止咳免煎颗粒治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)的疗效及对肿瘤坏死因子γ(TNF-γ)和白介素4(IL-4)及气道反应性的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例,分别给予降气止咳免煎颗粒与苏黄止咳胶囊口服,疗程4周。观察2组治疗前后证候积分及血清TNF-γ、IL-4及气道反应性的变化并进行对比分析。结果:证候总积分治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为93.33%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TNF-γ和IL-4治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。气道反应性指标(PD20FEV1)治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗过程中均未发现明显毒副作用(P<0.05)。结论:降气止咳免煎颗粒对CVA证候疗效与苏黄止咳胶囊相当,且安全性较好,能降低血清IL-4水平,提高血清TNF-γ水平,纠正Thl/Th2细胞因子平衡失调,有效降低气道反应性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe Jiang Qi Zhi Ke granules in treating cough variant asthma(CVA) and its influence on TNF-γ, IL-4 and airway reactivity(AR). Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases each group, both groups took Jiang Qi Zhi Ke granules and Su Huang Zhi Ke capsules orally, the course was four weeks. The changes of TNF-γ, IL-4, AR and syndrome scales of both groups were observed, compared and analyzed. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of total scales of the syndrome between both groups after treating(P <0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 93.33% of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of TNF-γ and IL-4 within both groups before and after treating(P<0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of PD20 FEV1 before and after treating within two groups(P<0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P <0.05).Obvious toxic and adverse reaction happened during therapeutic courses in both groups(P <0.05). Conclusion:Jiang Qi Zhi Ke granules are equivalent to Su Huang Zhi Ke capsules in treating CVA, and the therapy shows high safety, it could lower the level of IL-4, raise the level of TNF-γ, correct the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokines and effectively relieve airway reactivity.更多还原
