【摘要】 目的:观察快速康复理念在人工全髋关节置换术(Tot al Hi p Repl acement,THR)后患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各50例。观察组采用快速康复理念模式护理,对照组采用常规护理模式护理。对相关因素进行分析,数据采用SPSS 19.0进行分析处理。结果:Har r i s评分术前、术后2周、术后3个月2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。髋关节优良率观察组为100.0%,对照组为78.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院时间和住院费用2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意率对照组为82.00%,观察组为96.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在快速康复理念指导下的护理模式能有效改善关节功能,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the application effects of rapid rehabilitation concept in the care for the patients with total hip replacement(THR). Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The observation group accepted the care of rapid rehabilitation concept, and the control group adopted conventional nursing model. The related factors were analyzed after the data was processed by SPSS19.0. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of Harris scales before the operation, in two weeks and six months after the surgery(P >0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups in six months after the surgery(P <0.05). Hip excellent rate of the observation group was100.00%, higher than 78.0% of the control group, and the difference presented statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05). The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of hospitalization time and hospitalization cost between both groups(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction degree of the control group was 82.00%, lower than96.00% of the observation group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05). Conclusion: The nursing model guided by rapid rehabilitation concept could effectively improve joint function, shorten hospitalization time,decrease hospitalization cost and improve quality of the life of the patients.更多还原
