【摘要】 目的:比较保守和手术治疗老年脆性桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:将97例患者随机分为观察组50例、对照组47例。观察组给予手法复位小夹板外固定保守治疗,对照组给予开放手术复位接骨板内固定治疗。观察2组骨折后6个月、12个月时桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角及GW评分。结果:治疗后6个月时观察组桡骨高度和尺偏角较对照组差,GW评分观察组显著高于对照组。术后12个月观察组桡骨高度和尺偏角仍明显差于对照组,但GW评分2组比较无明显差异。结论:手法复位小夹板外固定保守治疗老年脆性桡骨远端骨折的疗效在6个月时较开放手术复位接骨板内固定疗效差,但术后12个月2种治疗方法腕关节功能无差异,且保守治疗更经济简便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare clinical effects of expectant treatment and surgery in treating senile patients with fragility distal radial fracture.Methods:All 97 patients were randomized into 50 cases of the observation group and 47 cases of the control group.The observation group accepted manipulative reduction and external fixation with small splint,and the control group reduction in the surgery and internal fixation with bone fracture plate.GW scales,ulnar deviation,palmar tilt and radial height of both groups were observed in six months and 12 months after bone fracture.Results:Radial height and ulnar deviation of the observation group were poorer compared with the control group in six months after treating,GW scales of the observation group were higher than these of the control group notably.Although radial height and ulnar deviation of the observation group were poorer compared with the control group in 12 months after treating,and there was no obvious difference in the comparisons of GW scales between both groups.Conclusion:Clinical effects of manipulative reduction and external fixation with small splint are poorer than these of reduction in the surgery and internal fixation with bone fracture plate in half of the year in the treatment for senile patients with fragility distal radial fracture,but there is no significant difference in the comparison of wrist joint function in one year after treating with two therapeutic methods,and expectant treatment is more convenient and simple.更多还原
