【摘要】 目的:观察结肠透析联合中药加活性炭治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将慢性肾功能衰竭患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用结肠透析和中药加活性炭保留灌肠序贯治疗,观察治疗前后2组临床症状的改善情况以及血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、内生肌酐清除率、血红蛋白水平的变化情况。结果:总有效率对照组为50%,治疗组为80%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在尿素氮、血肌酐、尿酸、内生肌酐清除率以及血红蛋白水平的变化方面与对照组比较存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:结肠透析联合中药加活性炭治疗早、中期慢性肾功能衰竭疗效优于单纯常规治疗,可有效延缓病程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate clinical effects of colonic dialysis combined with herbs and active charcoal in treating chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods: One hundred CRF patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases each group. The control group accepted routine treatment, and the treatment group received colonic dialysis combined with herbs and active charcoal on the foundation of routine treatment, the improvements of clinical symptoms, the changes of serum creatinine(SCr), blood usea nitrogen(BUN), uric acid(UA), creatinine clearance(Cr Cl) and hemoglobin of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the control group was 50%, lower than 80% of the treatment group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). There was the difference when the treatment group was compared with the control group in the changes of BUN, SCr, UA, CrCl and hemoglobin(P<0.05). Conclusion: Colonic dialysis combined with herbs and active charcoal are superior to routine treatment in treating CRF at early and middle stages,and the therapy could delay the course of the disease.更多还原
