煤矸石掺量对混凝土毛细吸水特性影响的试验研究
Experimental Study on Effects of the Contents of Coal Gangue Aggregates on the Water Absorption Capacity of Concrete
【摘要】 为了研究煤矸石部分替代传统粗骨料对混凝土毛细吸水特性的影响,通过试验分别对煤矸石替代30%粗骨料的混凝土试件、煤矸石替代60%粗骨料的混凝土试件在荷载作用下的吸水性能进行了测量,同时对普通骨料混凝土试件的吸水性能进行测量作为对比。分析了荷载水平、煤矸石掺量对混凝土吸水性能的影响,对比了相同荷载等级下不同掺量煤矸石混凝土与素混凝土的吸水性能力。研究结果表明:荷载水平对混凝土的吸水性会产生显著的影响,当荷载水平较小时,试件的吸水能力会有降低的趋势,当荷载水平较高时,试件的吸水能力会明显提高;煤矸石替代30%的粗骨料不会对试件的吸水性产生明显影响,但是当煤矸石替代60%的粗骨料时,试件的吸水性会增大,尤其是荷载水平较高时,试件的吸水性会显著增大,反映出煤矸石掺量对混凝土的耐久性会产生影响。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of coal gangue aggregates partially replacing traditional coarse aggregates on the water absorption capacity of concrete,the gangue concrete specimens with 30% ordinary coarse aggregates replaced by coal gangue,the gangue concrete specimens with 60% ordinary coarse aggregates replaced by coal gangue were tested in water absorption experiment under sustained compressive load,and the traditional aggregate concrete specimens were also tested as reference. The effects of the load level and the contents of the coal gangue aggregates on the water absorption were analyzed. The results show that the water absorption capacity of the concrete specimens is remarkably influenced by the load level,when the load level is low,the water absorption capacity of the specimen decrease slightly,while when the load level increased to 60%,the water absorption capacity of the specimen gone up obviously. And the water absorption capacity of the gangue concrete specimens with 30% ordinary coarse aggregates replaced by coal gangue is similar to that of the traditional concrete specimens. The slag concrete with 30% coal gangue aggregates has little effect on the water absorption of the concrete,while the slag concrete with 60% coal gangue aggregates would influence the durability of the concrete.
